  CHUCK FRALEY  DO

Dr. Fraley attended the University of California at Berkeley  where he received his Bachelors degree in Molecular Cell Biology. He then received his medical degree from Des Moines University in Iowa, and completed his specialty training in Family Medicine at Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital in Whittier,  California where he served as Chief Resident.
