How to receive urgent & after-hours care:

After-hours Urgent Appointment Care:  If you have an urgent medical need after normal business  hours (listed above) that can't wait until morning, please call the office at 951-676-4193.  The answering service will page the on-call Rancho physician for you. Our physician will then contact you and will help you get the care you require.  If we are unable to help you, we will refer you to a contracted  Urgent Care Medical Clinic.

Remember when you use Rancho Family Medical Group's urgent appointment services you can avoid long waits at the emergency room and save money too.  HMO and PPO members pay a co-pay at the emergency room that is usually 5 to 10 times larger then the co-pay to see a Rancho Family Medical Group physician. Of course, if you are having a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go straight to the closest emergency room.
