Regal Medical Group is the Independent Physician’s Association we’re affiliated with. Regal enables us to create contracts with the local specialists, hospitals, and insurance companies for our HMO patients as well as review submitted referrals.

Steps to Switch Doctors

STEP 1. Select the doctor and office you would like to see (ie. Dr. Kyle Vincent at RFMG in Temecula).

STEP 2. Locate your insurance card and call the Customer Service phone number on the back.

STEP 3. Let the representative know the doctor you would like to switch to and tell them the doctor is with Regal Medical Group.

STEP 4. Ask the representative when you will be effective with the new doctor (most likely the first day of the following month).

STEP 5. Call the office to make an appointment! Let them know you would like to establish care with us after your effective date.

It is very important that you work with a trusted broker. However, if this does happen to you, call us, and we will make sure you can see that doctor that is best for you.


Call us! If your insurance is unable to locate one of our doctors, we can make sure that they have all our information and can find the doctor you would like to see.

We want you to stay with the doctor you love. If at any time you’re told you can’t stay with your current doctor, let us know, so we can make sure you can continue seeing your Rancho Family doctor with your new insurance plan.

Check your insurance card to see if you are assigned to Regal and a doctor within Rancho Family Medical Group. If you have a different medical group’s name or a different doctor’s name on your card, give us a call, so we can make sure you are assigned to the correct doctor.

As long as you are assigned to a Rancho Family provider, you are able to see any of our providers in our group.

Who We Are

We are family physicians serving south Riverside county with the highest quality of care. Rancho’s goal is to approach medicine differently by offering more cohesive care and education that extends beyond the four walls of the exam room. We do not just make suggestions and write prescriptions, we have taken steps to improve the health of our patients. Our family physicians have developed educational content that empowers their community to make healthy lifestyle changes.  We also have free senior centers for our patients 65 and older that are full of exercise and nutrition classes as well as full online courses teaching a wide variety of health topics. We pride ourselves on going beyond the exam room to make our community healthier and happier.

You can request a prescription refill by logging into your MyChart account and requesting a refill on the Medications page, or you can call (951) 676-4193 to request a refill over the phone.
