If you have Medicare Advantage HMO Insurance

Call Your Insurance

First, call the member services phone number listed on the back of your insurance card.

Request our Doctor

Let the representative know you would like to change your Primary Care Doctor. Let them know the new doctor is part of REGAL MEDICAL GROUP and give them the doctor’s first and last name.

Get new Insurance Card

Once you’ve successfully changed your doctor, you will receive a new insurance card in the mail usually in 7-10 business days. Once you receive your new effective date with your Rancho Family doctor, you’re welcome to call any office to schedule your first appointment.

If you have Medicare A + B, a Medicare Supplement Plan, or Tricare

How do I request a prescription refill?

You can request a prescription refill by logging into your MyChart account and requesting a refill on the Medications page, or you can call (951) 676-4193 to request a refill over the phone.
