Dr. Poste grew up in San Pedro, CA, where she studied at California State University Long Beach. Her passion for medicine began to take root which led her to further studies at the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara School of Medicine and later at New York Medical College. Following her education, she completed her residency at the Mercy Health Family Medicine Residency Program in Janesville, WI.

Witnessing her grandfather’s illness firsthand, and being his English translator during hospital visits, the respect her grandfather held for his physicians sparked a desire within her to follow in their footsteps. Encouraged by her family, she aimed to pursue medicine, drawn by the opportunity for hands-on patient care to make a meaningful difference in their well-being.

Outside of the clinic, you can find her spending time with her husband, two children, and their cat and dog. She also enjoys cooking, traveling, learning about different cultures, and doing Peloton workouts.
