Reyna Montoya,NP Bio
Reyna Montoya, MSN, RN, NP, is a bilingual nurse practitioner who cares for patients with warmth and precision. Fluent in English and Spanish, she leverages 23 years of nursing experience as an RN while advancing her education with a BSN-to-MSN from Walden University. Married with four children, Reyna enjoys traveling to watch her son play baseball. She is a Disneyland enthusiast and a devoted Mickey Mouse fan, and she proudly roots for the San Diego Padres and the Chargers. When not on the ball field or at a game, the Montoya family loves watching sports together. Reyna entered medicine to ensure everyone is cared for and their needs are met, and she strives to be the trusted professional who provides clear answers and makes patients feel heard, empowering them to participate confidently in their own care.

An APP (Advanced Practice Practitioner) is either a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. While doctors and APP’s differ in their education level, APP’s can diagnose, treat and coordinate care as a regular Primary Care Physician would.
Our doctors currently accept all insurance plans that our medical group, Regal accepts. However, as physicians’ patient panels become increasingly impacted, some physicians will only accept new Medicare Advantage patients only.
As a patient of Rancho Family, you’re welcome to see any provider within the group. All your medical records and chart notes are available to whichever provider you choose to schedule with, so if your doctor is unavailable, don’t worry! Our providers are here to make your care as cohesive as possible.
Becoming a new patient is easy! If you are 65+ and need help, please call our Patient Relations team at 951-225-6808. If you are not a senior or not on Medicare, you can call the office directly at 951-676-4193.
