How do I request a prescription refill?

You can request a prescription refill by logging into your MyChart account and requesting a refill on the Medications page, or you can call (951) 676-4193 to request a refill over the phone.

You can check your prescription refill status by logging into your MyChart account and requesting a refill on the Medications page, or you can call (951) 676-4193 to check on your refill status over the phone.

How do I sign up for MyChart?

Call (951) 676-4193 to reach your office for a MyChart activation code and instructions.

Can I see a provider I am not assigned to?

Yes! Once you are a patient of RFMG, you are able to see any provider within RFMG. Simply call the office of the provider you desire to see to make an appointment. View our Care Teams page HERE.

*Note: Some providers are only accepting Medicare Advantage patients at this time.
