Family Physician Temecula
Dr. Poste Bio
Dr. Poste grew up in San Pedro, CA where she embarked on her journey in the field of medicine. She attended California State University Long Beach, followed by the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara School of Medicine and New York Medical College, where she honed her medical expertise.
When her grandfather got seriously ill, Dr. Poste became his English translator during hospital visits. Witnessing his deep respect for his doctors ignited her passion for medicine. Encouraged by her supportive family, she set her sights on a career that would allow her to provide hands-on patient care, striving to make a meaningful impact on their well-being.
In her free time, Dr. Poste enjoys spending quality time with her husband, two children, and their cat and dog. She enjoys traveling and immersing herself in different cultures and languages, fluently conversing in English, Spanish, and Italian. When it comes to staying active and healthy, you can find her doing workouts on her Peloton.

An APP (Advanced Practice Practitioner) is either a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. While doctors and APP’s differ in their education level, APP’s can diagnose, treat and coordinate care as a regular Primary Care Physician would.
Our doctors currently accept all insurance plans that our medical group, Regal accepts. However, as physicians’ patient panels become increasingly impacted, some physicians will only accept new Medicare Advantage patients only.
As a patient of Rancho Family, you’re welcome to see any provider within the group. All your medical records and chart notes are available to whichever provider you choose to schedule with, so if your doctor is unavailable, don’t worry! Our providers are here to make your care as cohesive as possible.
Becoming a new patient is easy! If you are 65+ and need help, please call our Patient Relations team at 951-225-6808. If you are not a senior or not on Medicare, you can call the office directly at 951-676-4193.
