Dr. Elfelt Bio
Dr. Elfelt received his Bachelor’s from the University of California at Irvine and pursued and completed his Doctor of Medicine degree from The Autonomous University of Guadalajara. He furthered his training by completing his Obstetrics/Gynecology residency at Mercy Hospital in Chicago Illinois. He is board certified with the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and has been serving women health care in the Temecula Valley for more than 30 years.

An APP (Advanced Practice Practitioner) is either a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. While doctors and APP’s differ in their education level, APP’s can diagnose, treat and coordinate care as a regular Primary Care Physician would.
Our doctors currently accept all insurance plans that our medical group, Regal accepts. However, as physicians’ patient panels become increasingly impacted, some physicians will only accept new Medicare Advantage patients only.
As a patient of Rancho Family, you’re welcome to see any provider within the group. All your medical records and chart notes are available to whichever provider you choose to schedule with, so if your doctor is unavailable, don’t worry! Our providers are here to make your care as cohesive as possible.
Becoming a new patient is easy! If you are 65+ and need help, please call our Patient Relations team at 951-225-6808. If you are not a senior or not on Medicare, you can call the office directly at 951-676-4193.
