Evelyn Kelley Bio
Meet Evelyn G. Kelley, one of our Nurse Practitioners at our Menifee office. She was born and raised in Lima, Peru. She immigrated to the U.S and pursued her education, earning a Doctorate degree with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner from Loma Linda University.
Evelyn is passionate about community health and has traveled to Botswana and participated in mission trips with different affiliated, not-for-profit organizations. She speaks Spanish fluently and is particularly interested in improving the health of vulnerable patients and the Hispanic community. Evelyn believes Social Determinants of Health should be considered in the plan of care on each patient. She is also a military wife and recognizes the individual needs of military families.
When she’s not working, Evelyn enjoys family time, gardening, cycling, hiking, and appreciating the beauty and nature of God’s creation.

An APP (Advanced Practice Practitioner) is either a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. While doctors and APP’s differ in their education level, APP’s can diagnose, treat and coordinate care as a regular Primary Care Physician would.
Our doctors currently accept all insurance plans that our medical group, Regal accepts. However, as physicians’ patient panels become increasingly impacted, some physicians will only accept new Medicare Advantage patients only.
As a patient of Rancho Family, you’re welcome to see any provider within the group. All your medical records and chart notes are available to whichever provider you choose to schedule with, so if your doctor is unavailable, don’t worry! Our providers are here to make your care as cohesive as possible.
Becoming a new patient is easy! If you are 65+ and need help, please call our Patient Relations team at 951-225-6808. If you are not a senior or not on Medicare, you can call the office directly at 951-676-4193.
