Family Physician Temecula

Dr. Poste Bio

Dr. Poste grew up in San Pedro, CA, where she began her journey in the field of medicine. She attended California State University Long Beach before continuing her education at the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara School of Medicine and New York Medical College, where she further honed her medical expertise.

Her passion for medicine was sparked when her grandfather became seriously ill. As his English translator during hospital visits, Dr. Poste observed the deep respect he had for his doctors, which inspired her to pursue a career in medicine. Motivated by her supportive family, she set her sights on providing hands-on patient care and making a meaningful impact on the well-being of others.

Outside of her practice, Dr. Poste enjoys spending quality time with her husband, two children, and their cat and dog. She loves traveling and immersing herself in different cultures and languages, being fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian. To stay active and healthy, she enjoys working out on her Peloton.

FAQs

An APP (Advanced Practice Practitioner) is either a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. While doctors and APP’s differ in their education level, APP’s can diagnose, treat and coordinate care as a regular Primary Care Physician would.

Our doctors currently accept all insurance plans that our medical group, Regal accepts. However, as physicians’ patient panels become increasingly impacted, some physicians will only accept new Medicare Advantage patients only.

As a patient of Rancho Family, you’re welcome to see any provider within the group. All your medical records and chart notes are available to whichever provider you choose to schedule with, so if your doctor is unavailable, don’t worry! Our providers are here to make your care as cohesive as possible.

Becoming a new patient is easy! If you are 65+ and need help, please call our Patient Relations team at 951-225-6808. If you are not a senior or not on Medicare, you can call the office directly at 951-676-4193.
