Dr. Tilson Bio
Dr. Tilson attended Westmont College and Loma Linda University School of Medicine before completing her residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center in Murrieta.
Her decision to pursue medicine was deeply influenced by her family’s legacy in the healthcare field. Growing up surrounded by medical professionals, she witnessed firsthand the dedication, compassion, and expertise that are essential in healthcare. This environment provided her with invaluable insights into the profound impact that medical practitioners can have on people’s lives.
Raised in the small town of Yucaipa, CA, Dr. Tilson’s passion for healthcare was nurtured by the influence of her family. Their example inspired her to follow a similar path. Outside of her medical practice, she enjoys exploring the great outdoors, whether hiking, running, camping, fishing, or gardening.

An APP (Advanced Practice Practitioner) is either a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. While doctors and APP’s differ in their education level, APP’s can diagnose, treat and coordinate care as a regular Primary Care Physician would.
Our doctors currently accept all insurance plans that our medical group, Regal accepts. However, as physicians’ patient panels become increasingly impacted, some physicians will only accept new Medicare Advantage patients only.
As a patient of Rancho Family, you’re welcome to see any provider within the group. All your medical records and chart notes are available to whichever provider you choose to schedule with, so if your doctor is unavailable, don’t worry! Our providers are here to make your care as cohesive as possible.
Becoming a new patient is easy! If you are 65+ and need help, please call our Patient Relations team at 951-225-6808. If you are not a senior or not on Medicare, you can call the office directly at 951-676-4193.
