Dr. Ellie Tan is a family medicine physician at Rancho Family Medical Group’s Menifee and Single Oak office, providing comprehensive care for patients of all ages. She completed her undergraduate education at Biola University and earned her medical degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine. Dr. Tan began her family medicine training in Washington state before completing her residency in Palm Springs, where she further developed a broad and hands-on clinical skill set.

Dr. Tan’s clinical interests include women’s health, obstetrics, pediatrics, and geriatrics. She completed an additional year of obstetrics fellowship training and is experienced in a wide range of procedures, including cesarean sections. In addition to seeing patients in the clinic, Dr. Tan also practices hospital medicine and cares for patients admitted to Temecula Valley Hospital, allowing her to support continuity of care both in and out of the hospital setting.

Inspired to pursue medicine at a young age, Dr. Tan was adopted from Vietnam and grew up with an appreciation for how access to healthcare can profoundly impact lives. She believes in forming strong partnerships with her patients by listening closely to their goals and helping them achieve better health through education, lifestyle guidance, and medication when appropriate. Dr. Tan is passionate about advocating for her patients and looks forward to partnering with individuals and families in the Menifee and Temecula communities on their health journey.
