Dr. Madrid Bio
Dr. Madrid earned his Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics from UCLA before graduating from The Ohio State University School of Medicine. He completed his Family Medicine residency at Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital in Whittier, CA, where he served as chief resident. Dr. Madrid and his wife, married since 1998, have three children.
He holds hospital privileges at Loma Linda Medical Center Murrieta, Rancho Springs, Inland Valley, and Temecula Valley Hospitals.
Since 2006, Dr. Madrid has been involved in medical missionary work in Haiti through the Haiti Endowment Fund. He provides medical care and supplies to those in need, offering his expertise and compassion to underserved communities.

An APP (Advanced Practice Practitioner) is either a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. While doctors and APP’s differ in their education level, APP’s can diagnose, treat and coordinate care as a regular Primary Care Physician would.
Our doctors currently accept all insurance plans that our medical group, Regal accepts. However, as physicians’ patient panels become increasingly impacted, some physicians will only accept new Medicare Advantage patients only.
As a patient of Rancho Family, you’re welcome to see any provider within the group. All your medical records and chart notes are available to whichever provider you choose to schedule with, so if your doctor is unavailable, don’t worry! Our providers are here to make your care as cohesive as possible.
Becoming a new patient is easy! If you are 65+ and need help, please call our Patient Relations team at 951-225-6808. If you are not a senior or not on Medicare, you can call the office directly at 951-676-4193.
