Gabrielle Green's Bio

Gabrielle Green is a compassionate, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Rancho Family Medical Group’s Single Oak location. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from San Diego State University and went on to complete her Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) degree at the University of Texas at Arlington. Gabrielle has a strong clinical focus on treating a variety of dermatological conditions, including acne, perioral dermatitis, eczema, and rosacea, while also being passionate about women’s health.
 
With a holistic approach to patient care, Gabrielle emphasizes prevention and strives to create personalized treatment plans that promote long-term health and wellness. Outside of her practice, she is a firm believer in the power of a healthy lifestyle and enjoys practicing Pilates, which she finds not only improves physical fitness but also helps manage and prevent chronic pain. Gabrielle also enjoys cooking and appreciates the joy of live music.
When she’s not caring for patients, Gabrielle treasures spending time with her daughter and husband. Together, they enjoy outings, especially to the beach and local parks, where they can unwind and embrace the beauty of the outdoors.
 
Her dedication to both her professional practice and personal wellness exemplifies her commitment to supporting others in living their healthiest lives.

An APP (Advanced Practice Practitioner) is either a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. While doctors and APP’s differ in their education level, APP’s can diagnose, treat and coordinate care as a regular Primary Care Physician would. 

Our doctors currently accept all insurance plans that our medical group, Regal accepts. However, as physicians’ patient panels become increasingly impacted, some physicians will only accept new Medicare Advantage patients only.

As a patient of Rancho Family, you’re welcome to see any provider within the group. All your medical records and chart notes are available to whichever provider you choose to schedule with, so if your doctor is unavailable, don’t worry! Our providers are here to make your care as cohesive as possible.

Becoming a new patient is easy! If you are 65+ and need help, please call our Patient Relations team at 951-225-6808. If you are not a senior or not on Medicare, you can call the office directly at 951-676-4193.
