Below are the two ways to become a patient based on our insurance you have
Commercial HMO: Call your insurance provider
- 1. Locate the Member Services, or Customer Service phone number on the back of your insurance card.
- 2. Tell the insurance representative your preferred doctor within Regal Medical Group
- 3. You will be mailed a new insurance card within 7-10 business days
- 4. Call our office and book an appointment.
Commercial PPO: Call the office for appointment.
- 1. Decide on your preferred provider.
