Silvia Bazzetti-Reid, MSN, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Rancho Family Medical Group. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Brookline College and her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from California State University San Marcos.She has over 15 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with a background in home health, hospice, telemetry, emergency care, case management, and leadership roles. She focuses on family medicine, with particular interest in the care of older adults.Silvia provides comprehensive primary care services, including pain management injections, well-woman exams, and preventive care visits. She is fluent in Spanish and conversational in Italian. In her free time, she enjoys arts and crafts and spending time with her family.

An APP (Advanced Practice Practitioner) is either a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. While doctors and APP’s differ in their education level, APP’s can diagnose, treat and coordinate care as a regular Primary Care Physician would.
Our doctors currently accept all insurance plans that our medical group, Regal accepts. However, as physicians’ patient panels become increasingly impacted, some physicians will only accept new Medicare Advantage patients only.
As a patient of Rancho Family, you’re welcome to see any provider within the group. All your medical records and chart notes are available to whichever provider you choose to schedule with, so if your doctor is unavailable, don’t worry! Our providers are here to make your care as cohesive as possible.
Becoming a new patient is easy! If you are 65+ and need help, please call our Patient Relations team at 951-225-6808. If you are not a senior or not on Medicare, you can call the office directly at 951-676-4193.
