This Month's Highlights
Annual Enrollment Period
With Annual Enrollment approaching, it’s crucial to ensure that our patients are well-prepared and supported in navigating their healthcare options. Working with an insurance broker is essential as they can help you find the best plans tailored to your needs, maximize your benefits, and simplify the often confusing enrollment process.

Importance of having an insurance broker!
Working with an insurance broker offers numerous advantages, whether you’re an individual seeking personal coverage or a business in need of comprehensive insurance solutions. Here’s why you should consider working with a broker:
Expert Advice
Insurance brokers are experts in their field. They have extensive knowledge of various insurance products, coverage options, and industry regulations. By leveraging their expertise, you can make informed decisions about your insurance needs and ensure that you have the right coverage in place.
Tailored Solutions
One size does not fit all when it comes to insurance. A broker can assess your unique circumstances, risk factors, and budget constraints to tailor insurance solutions that meet your specific needs. Whether you're looking for auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance, or business insurance, a broker can customize a policy that suits you best.
Access to Multiple Carriers
Insurance brokers work with multiple insurance carriers, giving you access to a wide range of insurance products and options. They can shop around on your behalf, compare quotes from different insurers, and help you find the most competitive rates without compromising on coverage.
Advocacy and Support
In the event of a claim or dispute, having a broker on your side can be invaluable. Brokers act as your advocate, representing your interests and negotiating with the insurance company on your behalf. They can help you navigate the claims process, address any issues that may arise, and ensure that you receive fair and timely compensation for your losses.
Convenience and Efficiency
Working with a broker saves you time and hassle. Instead of dealing with multiple insurance companies and deciphering complex policy documents on your own, a broker handles all the legwork for you. They streamline the insurance process, answer your questions, and provide ongoing support throughout the life of your policy.
In summary, an insurance broker can provide expert advice, save you time and money, and offer personalized support, making the process of choosing and managing insurance much easier and more effective.

This Month's Recipe
Chuck Roast
This month, we’re serving up comfort with purpose. Our slow-cooked chuck roast is rich in flavor and packed with nutrients to warm both body and spirit. Tender beef, aromatic herbs, and a touch of red wine come together in a dish that supports balance and well-being—perfect for cozy evenings and mindful meals. Pair it with creamy yam purée for a wholesome, satisfying finish.
Veterans Day
Honoring Our Veterans
This Veterans Day, we pause to honor and express our deepest gratitude to the brave men and women who have served in the United States Armed Forces. Their courage, sacrifice, and dedication have helped protect the freedoms we enjoy every day.
At Rancho Family Medical Group, we are proud to care for many veterans and their families. It is our privilege to support their health and well-being, just as they have supported our nation with their service.
To all our veterans—thank you for your service. We honor you today and every day.
Thanksgiving Day
As we approach Thanksgiving, it’s a meaningful opportunity to pause and reflect on the values that connect us—gratitude, community, and care. While many associate the holiday with shared meals, familiar traditions, and time with loved ones, it’s also a reminder to appreciate the moments and people that enrich our lives throughout the year.
At Rancho Family Medical Group, we are thankful for the trust you place in us to care for you and your families. Your health and well-being remain our highest priority, and we are honored to be part of your journey.
Whether you’re gathering with family, volunteering in your community, or simply taking time to rest, we wish you a safe, healthy, and meaningful Thanksgiving.
Holiday Closure Notice - Thanksgiving 2025
In observance of the Thanksgiving holiday, all Rancho Family Medical Group offices will be closed on Thursday, November 27, and Friday, November 28.
We will resume normal business hours on Monday, December 1.
If you have a medical emergency during this time, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
From all of us at Rancho Family, we wish you a safe, healthy, and joyful Thanksgiving!
Adopt a Pet!
Hope Ranch Animal Sanctuary & Rescue Pet of Month
Rancho Family Medical Group is proud to partner with Hope Ranch Animal Sanctuary! Each month, we will feature a “Pet of the Month” that is available for adoption. Hope Ranch has also initiated a wonderful program called the Senior Fur Senior Program, where adoption fees are waived for seniors (65+) adopting a senior dog (7+). Fees may vary depending on the dog or length of stay, but this initiative aims to bring joy and companionship to both the pets and their new owners.
Meet Myles, a 14-year-old chihuahua with a grumpy-but-sweet personality and plenty of charm. He’s not here for marathons or TikTok dances—just good meals, naps, and the perfect head scratch. Myles has a few quirks: he’s not housebroken, has some hearing loss and cataracts, and occasionally surprises you with “morning gifts.”
He’s a laid-back senior who’s looking for a calm, patient home that appreciates the humor and heart of caring for an older dog. If you’re ready for a lovable companion who’s the canine version of a grumpy old man, Myles is waiting to bring joy (and laughs) to your days.
Poppy is a loving 13-year-old lap dog who thrives on companionship. She gets along wonderfully with dogs of all sizes, cats, and children, and enjoys attention from visitors. Poppy is house trained, leash trained, and has never had an accident in her foster home—she even takes herself outside when given yard access.
Although deaf, Poppy is full of energy and enjoys car rides, hopping into vehicles all on her own. She responds well to gentle communication and is looking for a calm, patient family to cherish her golden years.
Meet Dr. Pepper — a spunky 9-year-old chihuahua who clearly didn’t get the memo about acting his age. At just 9 pounds, this little guy is full of life and ready for adventure. While he’s not a fan of being touched by strangers (understandable, honestly), it doesn’t take him long to warm up, and once he does, he’s all about the snuggles and kisses. Dr. Pepper is wonderfully affectionate with his trusted humans, easy to walk, great in the car, and gets along well with cats and dogs. He’s the perfect mix of independent sass and loyal companion, just waiting for his forever person to love.
Not ready to Adopt?
Come visit us at Kahoot’s in Temecula for our adoption events! We will be bringing adoptable dogs and puppies for you to meet and find your new furry family member. All our animals are fully vetted and ready to go home the same day.
