Dr. Bridgeman Bio
Dr. David Bridgeman is board certified in Family Medicine and has practiced in Fallbrook since 2000. He chose this specialty because he enjoys the challenge of helping a wide range of patients. He takes great pleasure in treating the entire family, from newborns to grandparents, and believes in addressing the root cause of a patient’s complaint, not just the symptoms.
Dr. Bridgeman received his undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of California at Los Angeles. He received his medical degree from the UCLA School of Medicine in 1997. He served both his internship and residency at the UCLA-affiliated Northridge Hospital in Northridge, California.

An APP (Advanced Practice Practitioner) is either a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. While doctors and APP’s differ in their education level, APP’s can diagnose, treat and coordinate care as a regular Primary Care Physician would.
Our doctors currently accept all insurance plans that our medical group, Regal accepts. However, as physicians’ patient panels become increasingly impacted, some physicians will only accept new Medicare Advantage patients only.
As a patient of Rancho Family, you’re welcome to see any provider within the group. All your medical records and chart notes are available to whichever provider you choose to schedule with, so if your doctor is unavailable, don’t worry! Our providers are here to make your care as cohesive as possible.
Becoming a new patient is easy! If you are 65+ and need help, please call our Patient Relations team at 951-225-6808. If you are not a senior or not on Medicare, you can call the office directly at 951-676-4193.
