In observance of Memorial Day, our offices will be closed** as we honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911.

Adopt a Pet!
Hope Ranch Animal Sanctuary & Rescue Pet of Month
Rancho Family Medical Group is proud to partner with Hope Ranch Animal Sanctuary! Each month, we will feature a “Pet of the Month” that is available for adoption. Hope Ranch has also initiated a wonderful program called the Senior Fur Senior Program, where adoption fees are waived for seniors (65+) adopting a senior dog (7+). Fees may vary depending on the dog or length of stay, but this initiative aims to bring joy and companionship to both the pets and their new owners.
Darcie is an absolute sweetheart looking for her perfect forever home! This adorable 8-year-old, 8-pound bundle of love is as easygoing as they come. She’s a champion cuddler who will happily curl up in your lap for hours, soaking up all the love and attention you have to give. Darcie is wonderful with kids, other dogs, and even cats, making her a great addition to a multi-pet household. However, she truly thrives in a calm, quiet environment where she can relax and enjoy a peaceful life. Whether you’re looking for a loyal companion for movie nights, a snuggle buddy for chilly evenings, or just a gentle soul to brighten your days, Darcie is ready to be your new best friend!
Meet Spatz, an absolutely adorable 14-year-old boy with a vibrant personality! Weighing around 10-13 lbs, he’s a Jack Russell/Chihuahua mix who acts like he’s half his age. Spatz is mellow, easygoing, and gets along well with other dogs, though he’s perfectly content on his own too.
Tinker is 8 years old and is very sweet little girl. She loves to be on the couch next to her person and sleeps in the bed all night very easily. She is house trained and likes to go for walks but due to her vision issues, she is very slow and cautious. She is very food motivated and loves her snacks! She is happiest cuddled on the couch next to her person most of all. She is very low energy and undemanding. She seems to be fine with other dogs and her previous owners had a young child and my understanding is they loved each other. Tinker just recently had a dental and full work up…she has a clean bill of health and is ready to become a member of your family!
Bee is a petite princess who will steal your heart the moment you meet her. She may be 13 years old but she’s got a lifetime of love and joy to bring you. She’s super sweet, friendly, and undemanding. All she wants is good food and lots of love. Bee is great with other dogs. She’d likely prefer a quieter household rather than one booming with energy and young kids running around. Bee is an absolute love bug who is ready to bring so much joy in your home.
Bee is on seizure meds for life. She hasn’t had any seizures since starting her meds and they are inexpensive and easy to give. If you can provide Bee a forever home and shower her in endless love like she’s never known before despite her special need, we promise she will provide you with a lifetime of love and kisses.
At around 11 years young, Winston is a distinguished Schnauzer gentleman with the energy of a pup and the manners of a true gentle-dog. He’s the kind of guy who’s ready for whatever your day holds—whether you’re working, gardening, binge-watching true crime documentaries, or going on a leisurely stroll, Winston is 100% in. He doesn’t just want to be near you—he wants to *do life* with you.
Health-wise, Winston’s doing great! He’s had a recent vet checkup, got an allergy shot (he was very brave about it), and gets eyedrops twice a day—which he takes like a champ. He’s got that classic Schnauzer spunk and hasn’t let a few senior years slow him down one bit.
Winston’s looking for a forever home where he can be your little shadow, your couch buddy, your walking partner, and your number one fan. Bonus points if you’re a sucker for expressive eyebrows and happy tail wags.
Peewee is 8 years old and weighs 20 lbs. He’s a bit of a chunky monkey though and could spare to lose a few pounds and a family to keep him on the right path to a healthy long life!
With that said, he is otherwise in great shape! He acts half his age and is such a character! Though he’s pretty chill and easy going, he also has a playful and spunky side – especially in the mornings or evenings, he LOVES his zoomies in the yard. Once thats out of the way, he’s mellow and loves to lounge around with you.
Peewee is great with other dogs and kids. He rides great in the car. He loves to follow you around like a shadow. He’s going to be someones best friend forever.

Come visit us at Kahoot’s in Temecula for our adoption events! We will be bringing adoptable dogs and puppies for you to meet and find your new furry family member. All our animals are fully vetted and ready to go home the same day.
