We’re excited to share that Rancho Family Medical Group is expanding with a brand-new office opening soon in Moreno Valley! Our new location will be conveniently located at 24119 Hemlock Ave, Suite 104, Moreno Valley, CA 92557, and will be led by Dr. Matthew Im, who is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality primary care. We look forward to welcoming new and existing patients to this location and continuing to serve the Moreno Valley community with the care you know and trust.

Daylight Saving Time Begins
Remember to “spring forward” by setting your clocks ahead one hour. While we may lose an hour of sleep, we gain more daylight in the evenings — a great excuse to spend a little more time outdoors.
St. Patrick’s Day
A festive celebration of Irish culture and heritage! Many people wear green, enjoy traditional Irish foods, and attend local parades or community events. It’s a fun day filled with tradition, music, and a little bit of luck.
First Day of Spring
This marks the official start of spring! Day and night are nearly equal in length, and from here on out, the days continue to get longer. It’s the perfect time to refresh your space, start new goals, and enjoy the warmer weather ahead.

This Month's Recipe
Veggie Wraps
Dr. Matthew Westfall’s favorite dish when he was younger was a special sandwich (or this recipe a *wrap) his grandfather used to make. Using fresh vegetables, many from his grandfathers garden, he would make a tomato, cucumber, and radish slices *wrap. He knows it sounds weird, but the collection of crisp, cool, vegetables combined with the slight spice from the radish made for a refreshing summer lunch.
Adopt a Pet!
Hope Ranch Animal Sanctuary & Rescue Pet of Month
Rancho Family Medical Group is proud to partner with Hope Ranch Animal Sanctuary! Each month, we will feature a “Pet of the Month” that is available for adoption. Hope Ranch has also initiated a wonderful program called the Senior Fur Senior Program, where adoption fees are waived for seniors (65+) adopting a senior dog (7+). Fees may vary depending on the dog or length of stay, but this initiative aims to bring joy and companionship to both the pets and their new owners.
Meet Myles, a 14-year-old chihuahua with a grumpy-but-sweet personality and plenty of charm. He’s not here for marathons or TikTok dances—just good meals, naps, and the perfect head scratch. Myles has a few quirks: he’s not housebroken, has some hearing loss and cataracts, and occasionally surprises you with “morning gifts.”
He’s a laid-back senior who’s looking for a calm, patient home that appreciates the humor and heart of caring for an older dog. If you’re ready for a lovable companion who’s the canine version of a grumpy old man, Myles is waiting to bring joy (and laughs) to your days.

Come visit us at Kahoot’s in Temecula for our adoption events! We will be bringing adoptable dogs and puppies for you to meet and find your new furry family member. All our animals are fully vetted and ready to go home the same day.
