Dr. Boozer Bio
Dr. Jennifer Boozer is a family practice physician at Rancho Family Medical Group’s Winchester office. A Southern California native, she completed her undergraduate degree in gerontology at the University of Southern California before earning her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Touro University. She then went on to complete her internship at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center and her residency in family medicine at Chino Valley Medical Center.
Dr. Boozer enjoys the variety that family medicine offers, caring for patients of all ages and backgrounds. She has a special passion for preventive care and believes in empowering her patients through education, lifestyle changes, and proactive approaches to health. Her goal in every visit is to partner with patients in their health journey, helping them stay well rather than only responding to illness.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Boozer is a mother of three and enjoys watching her children grow and explore the world around them. She is also a dedicated equestrian, finding balance and fulfillment through horseback riding and the fitness that supports it. Whether in the clinic or outside of it, Dr. Boozer is passionate about living an active, healthy life and encouraging others to find joy in their own pursuits.

An APP (Advanced Practice Practitioner) is either a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. While doctors and APP’s differ in their education level, APP’s can diagnose, treat and coordinate care as a regular Primary Care Physician would.
Our doctors currently accept all insurance plans that our medical group, Regal accepts. However, as physicians’ patient panels become increasingly impacted, some physicians will only accept new Medicare Advantage patients only.
As a patient of Rancho Family, you’re welcome to see any provider within the group. All your medical records and chart notes are available to whichever provider you choose to schedule with, so if your doctor is unavailable, don’t worry! Our providers are here to make your care as cohesive as possible.
Becoming a new patient is easy! If you are 65+ and need help, please call our Patient Relations team at 951-225-6808. If you are not a senior or not on Medicare, you can call the office directly at 951-676-4193.
