What can our PA-C & NP's do for you?

Experience the benefits of including an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) in your healthcare team. Working alongside your doctor, APPs play a key role in ensuring you receive complete, individualized care. Whether you see a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, these experienced professionals can diagnose conditions, perform annual physicals, prescribe medications, handle sick visits, order lab tests, create treatment plans, interpret results, and make specialist referrals when needed. A major advantage? APPs often offer more flexible appointment times, making healthcare easier to access. Take advantage of personalized care and improved scheduling by booking an appointment with your APP today.

Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with Joy and Tradition!

St. Patrick’s Day, celebrated on March 17th, is more than just wearing green—it’s a time to embrace Irish culture and traditions. Whether you’re Irish or just enjoy the festive spirit, it’s a day to celebrate with parades, music, and, of course, delicious food! From hearty stews to mouthwatering soda bread, the flavors of Ireland take center stage.

This year, take a moment to reflect on St. Patrick’s inspiring journey and his mission to spread kindness and faith. And remember, a little luck of the Irish never hurts!

Here are a few fun St. Patrick’s Day traditions to make your celebration even more memorable!

  1. Treasure Hunt: Hide small “gold coins” or treats around the house or yard, and let the kids (or adults!) search for them. You can even add clues for extra fun.
  2. Wear Green: It’s the easiest and most popular tradition! Show off your best green outfit to avoid getting pinched and to celebrate the holiday in style.
  3. Irish Dancing: Put on some traditional Irish music and have a little dance party! Whether it’s a formal jig or just some fun moves, it’s a great way to get in the festive spirit.
  4. Cooking Together: Spend time cooking classic Irish dishes like corned beef, cabbage, or Irish soda bread. It’s a delicious way to bond and enjoy some tasty traditions!
  5. Shamrock Crafts: Get creative with shamrock-themed crafts. Whether it’s making cards, decorations, or DIY accessories, it’s a fun way to keep the whole family entertained!

Adopt a Pet!

Hope Ranch Animal Sanctuary & Rescue Pet of Month

Rancho Family Medical Group is proud to partner with Hope Ranch Animal Sanctuary! Each month, we will feature a “Pet of the Month” that is available for adoption. Hope Ranch has also initiated a wonderful program called the Senior Fur Senior Program, where adoption fees are waived for seniors (65+) adopting a senior dog (7+). Fees may vary depending on the dog or length of stay, but this initiative aims to bring joy and companionship to both the pets and their new owners.

This is Sammie. She is 10 years old but her personality is half her age. She’s still has plenty of pep in her step. She loves being outside following you around while you’re doing your yard work and she also loves to be in the kitchen with you while you cook. She’s house trained. She knows basic commands. She’s super easy going and has a great disposition. She LOVES the beach. She LOVES walks. She LOVES car rides. She’s outgoing and so friendly. She is great with other dogs and children. She LOVES belly rubs and is so affectionate! She is super easy going and laid back also. She loves to lounge around and adapts to your energy. She’s an amazing dog!

Meet Spatz, an absolutely adorable 14-year-old boy with a vibrant personality! Weighing around 10-13 lbs, he’s a Jack Russell/Chihuahua mix who acts like he’s half his age. Spatz is mellow, easygoing, and gets along well with other dogs, though he’s perfectly content on his own too.

Not ready to Adopt?
